- Utilize AI tools (like DALL-E, DeepArt, Midjourney) to plan and generate innovative concepts, analyzing briefs and project scopes to inform design direction.
- Design and produce digital assets, including online/mobile graphics and emails; creating static and animated banner ads is desirable.
- Develop creative concepts that align with evolving brand guidelines, and actively contribute to the update of these guidelines.
- Collaborate with social media teams, providing creative input and assets to enhance online engagement.
- Work in tandem with in-house teams, applying AI-generated insights to develop creative solutions that positively impact business metrics.
- Ensure all designs are error-free and uphold quality standards prior to publication.

Requirements

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD.
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools (like DALL-E, DeepArt, Midjourney) for concept creation and to iteratively refine existing creative assets.
- Video production and post-production expertise, as well as web development skills, are highly valued.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, concept development, and online brand building.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, expertly blending colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to see projects through to completion.
- Experience working alongside development teams; front-end web design knowledge is beneficial for effective communication.
